Who is eligible for GBIS funding?

Eligibility for the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) includes homes with an EPC rating of D, E, F, or G, and properties in council tax bands A to D in England, and A to E in Wales and Scotland. Households receiving low-income benefits such as Income Support, ESA, JSA, Child Benefit, Housing Benefit, Tax Credits, Universal Credit, and Pension Credits also qualify. Additionally, Local Authorities and Devolved Administrations can refer households in need of insulation. Both tenants and homeowners are eligible to apply for the scheme.
